Shipping and Delivery

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days of payment. We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are especially busy and your order will take a day or two longer, we will email you to let you know.
Delivery estimates
Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Typical delivery times by option:
- UK Express: 1 to 2 weeks
- International Express: 2 to 4 weeks
- International Standard: 40 to 70 days
- Australia Express: 5 to 7 days
- Australia Air: 10 to 15 days
- Australia Standard: 30 to 45 days
These are estimates. Customs checks, courier delays and weather can occasionally add time. Standard options are cheaper because they travel by sea, so please pick express if you need your kit sooner.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, looks stuck, or arrives damaged, email acxebikes@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier and work out a replacement or refund with you. The sooner you tell us, the faster we can fix it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices. If you are unsure what to expect, email us before ordering and we will help you estimate it.
