Accessories ordered on their own ship Express for 4.99 pounds and arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

 

Australia

 

Australia Air, 30 pounds, 10 to 15 days.

Standard, free, 30 to 45 days.

 

United States and rest of world

 

International Express, 80 pounds, 2 to 4 weeks.

International Standard, 25 pounds, 40 to 70 days.

When your order ships

 

We dispatch UK orders within 3 working days. Every kit is wired and tested before it goes out, which is why we take those three days rather than shipping the same hour.

 

You get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.

 

Batteries and international orders

 

Lithium ion batteries are classed as dangerous goods for transport. The rules vary by destination country and by carrier. Some international orders have to ship without a battery, and there are a few countries we cannot ship batteries to at all.

 

If you are ordering from outside the UK, email us before you buy and we will confirm exactly what we can send to your address.

 

Customs and import charges

 

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty, tax or a customs handling fee in the destination country. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and are paid by you. We cannot calculate them in advance.

 

If something goes wrong

 

If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or the parcel has not arrived within 30 days of your order, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if it is lost we will resend it or refund you in full, your choice.

 

If the box arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging before you open it and email the photos to us within 3 days of delivery.
